Great operations work is usually invisible, and what I’m best at is often hard to capture in a resume. A lot of it looks like asking better questions, finding bottlenecks, creating the first version of a system, or making a process easier for the next person. These projects are meant to show how I think through operational problems and turn them into practical workflows.
